Welcome back to my week 4 weigh in. Interesting week this week. Did decent on food, but took a fall during a walk which set me behind on exercise this week. Hoping I can make some great progress this next week.

My week 3 weigh in did NOT go well. Depression and stress eating is a huge challenge for me. Got some more yard work done as well.

It's time for the week 2 weigh in. Nutrisystem is still doing work, even though I haven't been staying on track very well. Also doing some yard work in the front yard. Lets talk about plans for next week!
